School CouncilSchool Council has a very important part to play in creating a ‘Listening School’. We aim to represent the views of children within the school to make school life better!
How is the School Council organised?
We have 24 enthusiastic and hardworking Year 6 children who make up our School Council. Working in pairs, the school councillors are assigned to a class from Year 1 to 6. Each term School Council have a busy schedule including two or more ‘Full School Council Meetings’ and several visits into classes, whereby they lead a circle time and gather ideas on a variety of topics.
