MedicalIf your child is prescribed medicine which you need us to administer in school, please complete a Pupil medication request form, which you can pick up opposite the office window or download below.
The medicine should be in its original packaging with your child's name on it. We cannot administer ibuprofen/Nurofen unless prescribed by a doctor.
